I help you navigate the fundraising process, whether you’re just starting, adding a new program or working on infrastructure. Here’s the process I like to follow:

  • Start by knowing where you are (review or assess your program)
  • Then figure out where you want to go (plan strategically)
  • Make sure you have the right tools (data management, financial controls, skilled staff, policies, capacity to execute fundraising programs)
  • And then execute the plan and adapt as you learn (training and coaching, program evaluation)

At its essence, fundraising is about building relationships. That’s true of my practice, too. I build relationships with clients and take the time to learn about your strengths, challenges and unique circumstances so I can help develop the best solution for YOUR organization.
